Rick Williams, Executive Vice-President & CFO
Rick Williams has held several management positions since the company was founded in 2007. He has the primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing and managing all financial activities of the company and its affiliates. He is also responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company’s human resources function by managing employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. Rick is a seasoned executive having more than 30 years experience in commercial and retail banking.
Rick Williams believes that being a good citizen is being involved in the community. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Florida Southwest District Chapter of the CCIM Institute. He has volunteered for the past ten years for the Multicultural Center of Southwest Florida’s Big Backpack Event and is the 2013 Co-Chair for the event’s School Supplies Committee.
He has served on the YMCA of Lee County, Board of Directors, Boy Scouts of America – SWFL Council, Executive Board of Directors as well as having served as a Corporate Liaison and Allocations Committee member for the United Way of Lee County. Rick is a Charter Member of the Tiger Bay Club of Southwest Florida and is a graduate of the Leadership Lee County Program, Class of 2002.
He is native of Connecticut and a full time Florida resident for the past 19 years. When he is not in the office, Rick likes to hit the driving range or get in a round of golf with friends or clients. Rick is married to Connie Ramos-Williams and they have four children.
