Caloosa Pointe brings stately homes to historic Fort Myers waterfront

Caloosa Pointe brings stately homes to historic Fort Myers waterfront

The Southwest Florida division of Emerald Homes is pleased to announce new homes are now available at Caloosa Pointe. Located in the historic Fort Myers area west of McGregor and just north of the Midpoint Bridge off Melaleuca Lane, these estate homes start at $546,990. A model home is now under construction on this intimate street of only nine homesites.

Three distinctive coastal home designs have been released for sale at Caloosa Pointe, ranging from 2,540 to 3,148 square feet of living space with three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half to four-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage.

Emerald Homes is proud to combine postcard-worthy vistas, warm Gulf breezes and hospitable coastal architecture with modern building techniques in its homes off scenic McGregor Boulevard in Fort Myers. Offering rare new construction opportunities on historically desirable Fort Myers avenues, the builder has carefully designed these homes to honor the classic charm for which the City of Palms has been known for generations.

The opening of Caloosa Pointe follows a string of successes for Emerald Homes, which has recently sold out at Savona Bay on the Caloosahatchee waterfront in the Iona area of Fort Myers. Additionally, the builder’s Mandalay Place community in Naples is nearly sold out. Emerald Homes has also begun building new homes at Toscana Isles in north Venice.

Appointments to view Caloosa Pointe are available seven days a week. Contact sales agent Maggie Van Pelt at (239) 225-2660 for more information.
