The law firm of Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC is proud to announce that attorney Brian O. Cross has been named Partner in the practice. Brian Cross was born and raised in Naples, Florida. Cross practices in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, real estate litigation and general commercial litigation.

Cross has handled hundreds of complex litigation cases and is dedicated to providing zealous representation to Southwest Florida’s businesses, residents and visitors. He has significant experience in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation and practices in Florida’s state and federal courts.

Cross received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Central Florida in 2005, graduating Magna Cum Laude. In 2008, Brian graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law School. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar and an active member with the Collier County Bar Association. As an active member of the community, Cross volunteers to be a judge for the Collier County Teen Court Program and was elected to a seat on the East Naples Fire Commission in November 2012. He and his wife Carrie welcomed their first son in 2012.
