Encore Bank welcomes Brad Shultz to their team as new Vice President of Commercial Lending. Shultz will be working to assist local businesses in the Fort Myers market.

Brad Shultz moved to SW Florida with his wife and two children from western Wisconsin in September of 2011 and has immediately immersed himself in the local community. “Being part of a locally owned bank who is highly involved in the communities we serve is very important to us, as we build our lives here in SW Florida,” states Shultz.
Shultz serves as Treasurer of the Uncommon Friends Foundation, is an active member of the Rotary Club of South Fort Myers, has participated in the 2012 allocation process for the United Way, and is involved in many other community and professional organizations such as Chamber(s) of Commerce, Southwest Regional Manufacturing Association, Florida Southwest District CCIM, Real Estate Investment Society, and United Community Association Networking.

Prior to joining the lending team at Encore Bank, Shultz was a Senior Business Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. In this role, Shultz specialized in structuring loans and lines of credit for operating companies. As part of a comprehensive approach, Shultz seeks a thorough understanding of the past, present, and future performance of the company to offer capital, cash management, and growth strategies to help his clients meet their goals.
