Above Board Chamber of Florida, in partnership with the Hispanic American Business Alliance (HABA), presents the local business community with a unique opportunity to do business with the Dominican Republic and businesses from Miami at the First SW Florida Doing Business with the Dominican Republic Luncheon and Business Expo, to be hosted at the Landings in Fort Myers on October 30, 2014 from 11:30am to 1:00pm.
This event features a panel discussion on new business opportunities in Southwest Florida and the Dominican Republic. Featured panelists include Ralph Puga, Chairman of the Alliance for International Commerce & President of the Florida Foreign Trade Association of Miami; Steven Stafford, President of Stafford International & Stafford Engineering, Inc.; Carol Obermeier, Marketing Director at SW Florida International Airport; and Leonardo Garcia, President of the HABA. Mayor Randy Henderson of the City of Fort Myers will present welcome remarks.
A business delegation from the Dominican Republic will be in attendance looking to do business with local businesses. Carol Obermeier will present a Latin American and Caribbean Direct Flights update.
Tickets are $22 for Chamber members and $28 for non-members. Booths are available for $100.
