Attorney Harris Katz Joins Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest’s Naples Office

The law firm of Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC is proud to announce that Harris Katz has joined the firm as a Partner in its Naples office.

Katz’s areas of practice have emphasized high exposure cases, including construction defect and complex commercial litigation matters throughout Florida. In addition, he has handled a wide range of cases, including environmental liability, mold exposure, architect/engineer errors and omissions, consumer product liability, catastrophic injury, premises liability and general commercial litigation.

Prior to joining Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, Katz worked for several statewide law firms as a trial attorney.

Katz is a 1989 graduate of Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history. He obtained his juris doctor in 1993 from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar, and is admitted to practice law in all Circuit and County Courts throughout Florida, as well as in the Federal Courts for Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. Katz is ranked as a preeminent attorney in the legal community, achieving AV­Rated status by Martindale Hubble, a nationally recognized attorney rating service.

Katz also has an extensive background in business development. At a Silicon Valley engineering company, he was responsible for creating and nurturing business relationships with a variety of technology firms, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, as well as with private and governmental research facilities. This additional experience has proven invaluable to his representation of companies and individuals throughout Florida.
