Congressional Candidate Byron Donalds Reports Explosive Numbers Early in Third Quarter

August 10, 2012 CONRIC PR

Byron Donalds, a conservative Republican who is a strong contender for the District 19 seat in the U.S. House of Representatives, is proud to report explosive numbers early in the third quarter.

A “Victory Bomb”, which the campaign launched on July 25th set out to raise $12,000 in 12 days and exceeded expectations, raising nearly $20,000 in 12 days. $5,000 was raised in the first three days alone. In the third quarter the campaign has raised $50,000 in just 36 days.

“The support from my fellow Southwest Florida citizens has been tremendous,” says Donalds.  “With the primary only days away, we are working harder than ever to share our message of liberty throughout the community. This additional funding has allowed us to expand our media purchases as we approach election day” he adds.

The numbers reported in the “Victory Bomb” weren’t the only explosive numbers in the Donalds campaign. Donalds, often referred to as the “People’s Candidate”, has also amassed an impressive and loyal following of more than 350 volunteers to date and growing. These proud volunteers have worked tirelessly, knocking on over 10,000 doors and making over 20,000 calls on behalf of Byron Donalds.

“I feel fortunate to have such an overwhelming show of volunteer support from citizens across the district,” says Donalds. He adds, “Their energy and enthusiasm about our message to voters is a continual reminder of why I am running for office, and why it is important to send a citizen candidate to Washington.”
