The law firm of Goede, Adamczyk & DeBoest, PLLC is proud to announce that Megan Richards has joined the practice as an Associate Attorney. She practices in the areas of Condominium and Homeowner’s Association law.
Richards has had extensive experience in insurance litigation, personal injury protection, and commercial litigation in Duval, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, Collier, and Lee Counties. She is heavily involved in the Collier County Bar Association, the Trial Practice and Young Lawyer’s Section of the Collier County Bar, and the Young Professionals of Naples. She has also participated in the Inns of Court program.

Richards graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, in 2004. She then earned her law degree in 2007 from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, graduating cum laude.
Richards is a member of the Florida Bar, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
