Connie Ramos Williams, CEO and President of CONRIC PR & Marketing | Publishing is pleased to announce Josh Milton has been named Media Relations Chair for the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association. Milton will step into his role on September 1 and serve throughAugust 31, 2016.
He will be responsible for promoting FPRA Chapter luncheons, programs and awards to the media and public. The position also involves writing and distributing news releases about organization events to appropriate media outlets. Milton will also have the tasks of letting the media know about FPRA’s resources, including general public relations information, maintaining the Chapter’s media list, and updating, producing and marketing the annual Southwest Florida Media Guide.
At CONRIC, Milton is responsible for management of both internal and external communication projects, media relations and copywriting. He serves as liaison between each of the agency’s departments to assure clients’ goals and objectives are achieved. He also helps CONRIC develop and meet its own strategic marketing objectives. Milton works directly with the media to secure strategic multimedia advertising buys and publicity that serve to promote clients and their products and services.
