Attorney Kelly Fayer is pleased to have been elected to serve on the 2013 Executive Council of the Lee County Bar Association (LCBA). She will serve a five-year term, and will become President of the LCBA in year five. In her first year as Member-at-Large, she will be responsible for new membership development and retention.

My goal is to create greater awareness and to connect members with businesses and individuals throughout our community,” states attorney Kelly Fayer.
Attorney Kelly Fayer grew up in southwest Florida and attended FSU, graduating with the honorable distinction of Magna Cum Laude. In 1997, after graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law and practicing on the east coast, she returned home to Lee County where she has been practicing in the areas of Estate Planning and Family Law. Her Estate Planning services include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, probate and guardianship. Her Family Law services include divorce, paternity, child support, and child custody.
In addition to serving on the LCBA Executive Council, Fayer is the Past President of the Estate Planning Council of Lee County and President of the Lee County Association of Women Lawyers. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Family Law Professionals and Voices for Kids of Southwest Florida. Kelly Fayer also volunteers for numerous other charitable organizations and events, including Arts for ACT benefitting Abuse Counseling Treatment Center and Love That Dress benefiting PACE Center for Girls of Lee County.
