Janeth Castrejon

Success starts and continues with great relationships and that is what Janeth is all about! It is the core of all areas of her life, including her career and that is what she credits her success in life.

Janeth was born and raised in the Republic of Panama. She moved to Florida as a young teenager and overcame the challenges of culture shock against great odds in high school. After graduating high school, she joined and served with pride the U.S. Army as an Accounting Specialist in Fort Bragg, N.C.

Not knowing what she wanted to be when she grew up, she invested her time into various careers like banking, risk management, compliance, marketing, and public relations. After realizing where her passions lie, Janeth achieved her bachelor’s degree in communication with a concentration in public relations at Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating summa cum laude in 2019.

Her love of community drove Janeth to volunteer in nonprofit organizations like the Southwest Florida Hispanic Chamber, Junior Achievement, the FGCU Alumni Board and FGCU Hispanic Serving Institute Committee.

Outside of work, family is a core element of Janeth’s life. She is a proud mother of Victoria and grandmother to Elena Rose. She enjoys traveling and learning about new cultures and artists from various eras.
