Melissa West

Melissa West serves as the Human Resources and Accounting Specialist at CONRIC pr + marketing, a full-service digital marketing agency. In her role, she manages the company’s financial operations and oversees human resources functions, ensuring seamless integration between the two departments.  Before joining CONRIC, Melissa gained extensive experience in accounting and human resources across various industries including retail, government, banking and senior living. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Melissa is an active member of several industry associations and enjoys volunteering in community initiatives.  Some activities include Member of The Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM); Former Vice President of The American Legion Auxiliary at the Sycamore Veterans Home; Member of the American Legion Auxiliary & Activities Committee at Genoa Veteran’s Home; Cub Scout Leader Malta Pack 123 2008-2012; Charter Member Oak Crest Area Rotary Club, Sycamore; At-Large Board Member of KAHR – Kishwaukee Area Human Resources Management 2013-2016; and Certified in Adult Mental Health and First Aid through the National Council for Wellbeing
