The 127-unit, 116,000-square-foot senior living community spread over three floors is managed by national seniors housing operator Meridian Senior Living, and co-developed by Meridian and national developer Madison Marquette.

Designed by national design and engineering firm CASCO and partnering with Tampa general contractor Diaz Fritz Group on construction, The Meridian at Punta Gorda Isles will impress at every turn. The Meridian will feature studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes, solid surface countertops, vinyl wood plank flooring and carpet, spacious bathrooms with seamless entry showers, and safety features like grab bars and a nurse call system. In the memory care neighborhood, choose from private or companion suites for your loved one with Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s, or other type of dementia.
As beautiful as the apartments are, the amenity spaces are sure to draw residents out of their apartments and into community life. Daily programming will be led by the Life Enrichment Coordinator whose monthly activity calendar will be inspired by resident preferences and well-balanced options to cater to overall mental, physical, and social health.
