The growth and success of CONRIC pr + marketing continues with the promotion of Christleen Knaub to Marketing Director. In her new role, Knaub will collaborate with CONRIC’s marketing team to build and strengthen client relationships and drive their continued success through strategic planning and execution that exceeds expectations.
“Christleen’s positive attitude and dedication has driven successful marketing campaigns for our clients and her enthusiasm continually motivates our team to always bring their best,” said CONRIC pr + marketing President and Chief Marketing Officer Connie Ramos-Williams. “She is a joy to work with and it gives me great pleasure to elevate Christleen to this leadership position.”
In her new role, Knaub will collaborate closely with CONRIC team members and clients to manage accounts and projects. She will also develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing, communications, public relations and advertising campaigns that help drive the success of CONRIC’s clients.

Knaub has played a multifaceted role during her time with CONRIC as marketing coordinator, handling account management, digital communication, strategic marketing and event planning. She has worked closely with the digital team and CONRIC clients to ensure successful digital marketing campaigns across all social media and newsletter platforms while also lending a hand to the planning and execution of events.
Knaub has a strong record in leadership, community engagement, digital communication, and event coordination. Prior to joining CONRIC, she served as the programs and events manager at SWFL Inc. and community development manager with the American Cancer Society. She was awarded 40 Under 40 by Connect Corporate, featured among other young professionals in the corporate events industry across the globe.
A Southwest Florida native, Knaub studied communication at Florida Gulf Coast University. She lives in Cape Coral with her husband, Matt, their two sons Cole and Chase, and their dogs, Bella and Alistair.
