CONRIC pr + marketing is excited to announce the promotion of Kirsten O’Donnell to Vice President of Marketing. As VP, O’Donnell will join CONRIC’s executive leadership team to help manage day to day operations and key client accounts during a time of explosive growth for the company.
“I’ve had the opportunity to provide marketing support and management to some amazing clients during my time at CONRIC,” said O’Donnell. “I look forward to continuing these relationships while also helping the CONRIC leadership team achieve its strategic vision and accomplish even bigger and better things in the years to come.”
O’Donnell’s keen marketing insight and management skills contribute to CONRIC pr + marketing’s continued success. She will work closely with CONRIC team members to develop, implement, and measure strategic marketing, communications, public relations and advertising campaigns while managing key accounts and projects.
O’Donnell brings two decades of award-winning public relations, marketing, and journalism knowledge to the position and has served as Director of Marketing for CONRIC over the last year, helping the company and its clients to persevere throughout the pandemic.

Prior to joining CONRIC, O’Donnell served as director of communications and outreach at the Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida, where she led internal and external communications and managed three community outreach programs. Her public relations and marketing experience also include positions at the City of Fort Myers and Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida. O’Donnell also spent eight years as a television sports journalist, reporting and anchoring at stations in Missouri, Georgia, and Southwest Florida.
O’Donnell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communication arts from Oakland University, and earned a Master of Arts in interpersonal and public communication from Central Michigan University. In 2018, O’Donnell completed her Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
A 17-year Lee County resident, O’Donnell serves as a commission-appointed member of the Lee County Community Action Agency. In her free time, she volunteers at the Cape Coral Animal Shelter. O’Donnell and her husband Cory reside in Cape Coral with their rescue kitten, Sparkle.
