County, City, proclaim Nov. 7 as CONRIC pr + marketing Day

August 10, 2022 CONRIC PR

2022 marks 15 years of success for CONRIC pr + marketing. To commemorate this milestone, the Board of County Commissioners of Lee County represented by Kevin Ruane and the Mayor of Fort Myers Kevin Anderson honored the agency by presenting proclamations declaring Nov. 7 as CONRIC pr + marketing Day. Founder and CEO, Connie Ramos-Williams proudly accepted the proclamations during CONRIC’s 15-year Anniversary celebration at The Edison Restaurant in Fort Myers on July 15.

“Our company’s journey began in 2007, providing marketing solutions to local startup businesses during the recession and grown to become a national digital marketing agency serving nearly 150 businesses across 35 states in 2022,” said Ramos-Williams. “Our agency’s heart and home are in Southwest Florida, which is where we remain committed to giving generously of our time, talent and treasure.”

Ramos-Williams founded CONRIC on Nov. 7, 2007, with a vision of helping start-up business owners and entrepreneurs achieve long standing success and assisting larger, more established companies reach new heights and continued growth. Over the years, CONRIC has grown as a national leading creative digital marketing, branding, public relations, advertising, and web development agency. Serving a diverse portfolio of clients across the country in various industries, the agency has earned numerous awards and accolades and gives generously back to the community. CONRIC has donated nearly 1.5 million dollars in pro bono services and donations back to the community, as well as successfully launched the SWFL Strong Podcast and Facebook Group in 2020 to help the community, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals unite, connect, and support one another.

“On behalf of the City of Fort Myers, I want to thank CONRIC pr + marketing, Connie Ramos-Williams and her team for the positive impact they have had in Fort Myers and our surrounding areas,” said Mayor Anderson.

Together, the agency and its clients have overcome recessions, hurricanes and a pandemic and emerged stronger. At the heart of it all is the agency’s passion for people. It all starts with building relationships. CONRIC’s team prides itself on taking the time to get to know its clients and listen to their needs. Learning every detail about an organization and its customers helps to create a tailored marketing and communications strategy focused on specific goals.

“I was quick to respond when asked to present the proclamation to Connie and the CONRIC pr + marketing team,” said Lee County Commissioner Kevin Ruane. “This is a woman and agency that truly gives generously back to the community they serve.”

Maintaining CONRIC’s strong organizational health and culture is top of mind as the team continues to grow remotely across the country. Just before news of the pandemic, the agency transitioned to remote work. Ramos-Williams believes this may have been her best strategic move to date although it hasn’t come without growing pains. Since going remote, the team has nearly doubled in size and in the number of clients it serves.

CONRIC’s custom fit approach opens access to all of the agency’s talent and resources, including continuous research, analytics, and data to identify trends and fine tune adjustments based on clients’ specific needs. This flexibility, personal attention and precise targeting is where CONRIC eclipses the competition.
