April creates stunning graphics and visual concepts for CONRIC’s clients. As Creative Director, April is the lead graphic artist responsible for overseeing all creative design services, as well as the advertising design and magazine layout of the Res Gestae, the award-winning monthly magazine of the Lee County Bar Association, and B&G, Bishop Verot Catholic High School’s monthly alumni magazine, both published through CONRIC Publishing. The B&G Athletic Guide was recognized by the Florida Magazine Association (FMA) with a 2015 Charlie Award for Design Excellence in Best Department Design. April also creates advertising campaigns, logos, and promotional marketing materials for CONRIC PR & Marketing.
April is a third generation native Floridian and has degrees in Finance and Digital Design from Edison State College and Southwest Florida College. She volunteers her time and talent to Dress for Success SW Florida where she sits on the Advisory Board and is part of several committees. She is a peer mentor for the Going Places Network (GPN) and the Entrepreneurial Spirit Program (E$P). April is a Program Coordinator of the Professional Women’s Group (PWG) program. She is also a founding member of Young Executives for Success (YES). April was the 2013-14 Community Action Project delegate chosen to represent the SW Florida affiliate and founded her own non-profit, “Cause for the Paws SW Florida,” which won a Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) 2015 Judges’ Award in the category of Public Relations Programs – Public Service. April is a member of the PR & Marketing Committee and is the Advisory Board Chair for PWG.
April is passionate about animal rescue and welfare. She also loves art and combines the two whenever she has the chance.
