Quality customer service is essential to the success of any business. The Above Board Chamber of Florida luncheons for March will focus on “Exceeding Customer Service Expectations.”
The Naples meeting will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, March 9, at the Hilton Naples, located at 5111 Tamiami Trail N. The cost is $30 for members ($35 after March 3) and $38 for future members ($40 after March 3). The Fort Myers meeting is from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, March 12 at the Crowne Plaza Fort Myers at Bell Tower, located at 13050 Bell Tower Drive. The cost is $30 for members ($35 after March 6) and $38 for future members ($40 after March 6).
