Aloia, Roland & Lubell, PLLC is asking the public’s assistance in an investigation of a traffic crash in Cape Coral on Tuesday, Jan. 26. The law firm is representing 11- year-old Noah Gordon, a child who was seriously injured in that incident.
Noah is currently in a Tampa hospital after the car he was riding in was hit by a dump truck at NE Pine Island Road and NE 24th Ave. It is too early to discuss the extent of his injuries.
Cape Coral police said the truck hit a car driven by Sophia Gordon. The impact caused the car to spin out of control and hit another vehicle before coming to rest in a grassy ditch. Aloia Roland & Lubell’s investigation into this horrific accident is underway. Anyone who saw the crash or knows anything about it is asked to call the law office at 239-791-7950.
