The Association for Talent Development Southwest Florida (ATDSWFL) Chapter is proud to announce its new Board of Directors for 2020 – 2021. The board members bring a breadth of experience and capabilities in the field of learning and development as corporate learning professionals, independent contractors and entrepreneurs who have a passion for helping practitioners and businesses develop their workforce.

LauraAnn Migliore, Ph.D. is Chairwoman and President of the Board. She is an experienced talent development leader, innovative researcher, and inspiring educator, specializing in research methodology and design. She has over 30 years diverse work experiences in the automotive industry, higher education, consulting, healthcare, and non-profit.
Aaron Hohman, CPLP is the Vice President of Technology and Online Presence. He is a learning and talent leader with over 12 years’ experience designing, facilitating and evaluating the impact of learning programs. Aaron serves as a learning architect for United Rentals in addition to supporting United’s performance and talent review processes.
Vern Schellenger is the Vice President of Treasury. He is an accomplished HR/Learning & Development professional with a career spanning 40 years across a diversity of organizations. Vern is a principal consultant with Contacts Count and a long-standing member of ATD.
Maureen Bello is the Vice President of Administration. She has been working in the medical field in South Florida for the last eight years. She was formerly a philosophy instructor with a major in Bioethics from Havana University, Cuba, and holds a Master of Science degree in Health Service Administration from Hodges University.
Janner Holliday, MSML, is the Vice President of Programming. He manages Learning, Development and Policy at 21st Century Oncology, part of the GenesisCare global group. Janner holds a B.S. in Strategic Human Resource Management and M.S. in Management and Leadership, with over 30 years of domestic and international work.
Paloma Tweet is the Vice President of Membership. She has seven years of experience in academic and corporate education and currently serves as the Learning & Development Manager for Minaya Learning Global Solutions, a corporate training services company based in Cape Coral, Fla., providing project management, instructional design and development services.
Susan M. Minaya, M.Ed., CPLP, SHRM-CSP is the Vice President of Communications. She is the owner, COO and Chief Learning Strategist at Minaya Learning Global Solutions LLC, a corporate training services company based in Cape Coral, Fla. She has more than 30 years as a strategic learning consultant serving Fortune 500 clients globally.
Lorna Kibbey, MBA, CPM, is Director-at-Large and past President of ATDSWFL. She is a content speaker, author, and leadership expert who focuses on helping leaders become better bosses. She designs and delivers leadership seminars and motivational keynotes nationwide. As an ATD member for over 10 years she has served as Chapter president and as a member of the ATD National Advisory Council.
Jennifer Ciesinski is Director-at-Large and past Vice President of Membership. She is an experienced Organizational Development professional and Learning Development leader with proven success in the strategic execution of corporate-wide learning programs. She has an extensive background in instructional design and development.
