Attorney and Mediator Keith Grossman, founder and managing partner of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, recently conducted a seminar titled, “Building Your Peace Chest: Three Tips For Working Well With Others” for the Dress for Success PWG, a professional women’s group that promotes career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.

The seminar addressed common conflict management issues and negotiation skills that people experience in life, and primarily in the workplace. Grossman led an interactive discussion on how to improve personal conflict management skills by learning strategies to benefit all parties involved in a conflict.

“Many people look at conflict as something scary,” Grossman said. “My goal with this seminar was to show the professional business women that conflict can be used as an opportunity to improve outcomes and develop relationships.”

“After attending the seminar, I feel that I now have a better understanding of how to handle conflict at home and at work, with family or with co-workers,” says April Bordeux, a member of the Dress for Success PWG. She adds, “It was very informative and provided tips on how to better handle conflict.”

Grossman provides seminars, workshops and training for large corporations and small businesses on conflict management and other human resource related matters.
