Experts explain how to make leadership habit forming

Effective leadership is a goal of any business striving to be successful. How to reach that rarified air will be covered during the “Seven habits of highly effective people based on leadership” program during the February luncheons of the Above Board Chamber of Florida.

The Naples event is Monday, Feb. 3 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hilton Naples, 5111 Tamiami Trail North. The Fort Myers meeting is set for Thursday, Feb. 13 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops, 13051 Bell Tower Dr. The cost for the Naples luncheon is $30 for members ($35 after Jan. 28) and $38 for future members ($40 after Jan. 28). The cost for Fort Myers luncheon is $30 for members ($35 after Feb. 7) and $38 for future members ($40 after Feb. 7).

Joining emcee Sue Huff, of E. Sue Huff and Associates, for the discussion on effective leadership in Naples, will be panelists.

Lou Traina: He is Vice President of Philanthropy for Healthcare Network.

Stephanie Spell: She is Chief at the Collier County Sheriff’s Office and heads the CCSO Community Engagement Department.

Lois Bolin: She is with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Park Shore/Ritz.

Guy Blanchette: He is corporate development executive and Venture CEO.
