In the past two months alone, the Bonita Springs, Florida-based company has added five new franchises. These include New Hampshire and NE Mass.; West Bloomfield, Mich.; Lake Norman, N.C.; Roswell, Ga.; and NW Pennsylvania.
New Hampshire and NE Mass franchise owner Ken Woods is a native New Englander, born and raised in New Hampshire. He spent the last 27 years in the communications industry helping people connect and conduct business in ways previously unimaginable, offering guidance and assistance and earning their trust. Today, he continues to help others, developing trusted relationships and assisting seniors and families.
“I’ve experienced the stress that health related issues place on a family, and empowering clients to maintain their dignity and make informed decisions about the care and quality of life is an honor,” said Woods. “For seniors or loved ones in need of guidance or insight to determine best quality of life options, my mission is to guide and support them during this transition.”
Daniel McColl joins Oasis Senior Advisors as the franchise owner in West Bloomfield, Mich., after spending over 20 years in the healthcare industry helping people with Medicare and Medicaid. Today, he continues to assist people by working face-to-face with seniors and families to identify their needs and match them with their ideal senior living community.
“My mission is to be there – by their side – acting as guide and resource during the transition,” said McColl.
New franchise owners in Lake Norman, NC, Christine Ogden and Rebecca Harrah, are a mother-daughter team who moved from Maryland to North Carolina with their family in 2018. Christine has over 25 years in the senior services industry in sales, marketing, business development and operations. She has been involved in volunteer work with assisted living communities and the Alzheimer’s Association for over 10 years.
“We both share a passion for helping others; we want our clients to know that when they are working with us, we bring a bit of comfort to an experience that can often be very overwhelming,” said Ogden. “Our mission is to always do the right thing, provide exceptional service to everyone we interact with, bring others along in our success and give back to our community.”
Roswell, Ga. franchise owner Kelly Graffius began her career as a professional chef working in corporate catering over 20 years ago. Her passion has always been serving others.
“After losing my dad to Alzheimer’s Disease in 2019, I felt a calling to serve older adults in my community,” Graffius said. “I want to take my passion of serving others from the kitchen to the community to help seniors find the perfect home.”
One of the goals NW Pennsylvania franchise owner Dennis Franklin has in life is to help people. Watching his parents progress through old age, he’s learned first-hand the challenges facing families during these difficult transitions. Franklin is also reminded of the responsibilities we have as a society to honor and provide for our seniors.
