Goggin and Thomson promoted to partners at Goede, Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross

The law firm of Goede,Adamczyk, DeBoest & Cross (GADC) is pleased to announce that Cary Goggin and Kyla Thomson have been promoted to partners. The two attorneys have been with the firm for more than five years and work out of its Naples office.

Goggin manages commercial and real estate litigation cases from inception through resolution, and is responsible for advising and representing clients on landlord and tenant litigation, as well as real estate transactions. He assists with judgment collection matters and drafts commercial and residential lease agreements. Goggin also advises clients of the firm’s community association law practice primarily in developing effective enforcement and collection litigation strategies.cary-goggin

Thomson drafts opinion letters, amendments and restatements of governing documents, covenant violation and collection demand letters on behalf of community associations. She attends and facilitates community association membership meetings, elections and board meetings. She provides general counsel on community association matters to boards of directors and management companies. Thomson also manages and supervises a team of paralegals in the firm’s collections and foreclosure practice.

Goggin has a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University, where he also earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.). He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2011 and is a member of the Collier County Bar Association and American Inns of Court, Thomas S. Biggs Chapter. He volunteers his time as a High School Mock Trial coach.

Thomson earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. She was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2012 and is a member of the Collier County Bar Association and the Collier County Women’s Bar Association. She is a volunteer for Lighthouse of Collier, Center for Blindness and Vision Loss. She is fluent in Visayan/Cebuano and proficient in Tagalog.
