Cynthia Duff, the Founder and CEO of CopyLady, is pleased to announce the Grand Opening of their new office and showroom. The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting ceremony on February 6 to celebrate the new, larger and more convenient CopyLady location at 1949 Dana Drive, Fort Myers.
CopyLady offers sales, lease programs and service of multi-function copiers. The new location is the company’s fourth move and expansion since Cynthia Duff opened the doors to CopyLady in 2002 with an initial $500 investment. The business now maintains a staff of ten team members, and has served more than 4,000 customers. Its first customer remains loyal to this day, and has recently renewed his five-year contract for the third time. CopyLady considers the growth and retention of its local customer base, a measure of its success.
CopyLady’s new location features 6,800 sq. ft., which is double the size of the previous location (that, in turn, was double the size of the one before). The Dana Drive facility is centrally located across from Page Field, which makes it a convenient drive to Route 75, downtown Fort Myers and South Fort Myers. It features an expanded showroom, enhanced equipment demonstration capabilities and a larger meeting room to facilitate vendor and client conferences. CopyLady can now also house additional technicians and maintain an expanded inventory to help support the company’s commitment to a two-hour service response time.
Over the years, CopyLady rented its office space, and is proud to now own this new expanded facility. Cynthia Duff said, “This is our first actual purchase. We’ve gutted the whole office space and remodeled. We’re excited to share our new showroom and facility with our clients and business community.”
