New tariffs and market volatility pose serious and complicated challenges to importers. International Trade Specialist Kevin Brady will share key insight with business leaders during an upcoming Southwest Regional Manufacturers Association (SRMA) roundtable. The “Importing into the USA” event sponsored by Farris Global Logistics will take place Wednesday, Jan. 16 from 8-9:30 a.m. at CareerSource Southwest Florida, 4150 Ford St. Extension, Fort Myers.
“Kevin’s importing expertise is relevant to everyone in manufacturing, especially now,” SRMA Executive Director Neil Kagan said. “This is a can’t-miss opportunity to get answers to some of the most pressing questions in the industry.”
Brady, a certified global business professional for the Small Business Development Center at Florida Gulf Coast University, will help attendees understand and simplify importing processes and responsibilities.
