Sovereign Health Group has named Kevin D. Gallagher as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Mr. Gallagher, an action-driven leader in both finance and operations with the proven ability to maximize shareholder value, commenced his tenure with Sovereign Health on Tuesday, March 22. He earned his Master of Business Administration – Finance degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ. Mr. Gallagher previously served as the Treasurer and Division CFO at Nestle USA, Inc. and as the General Manager and CFO at Vehicular Technologies, Inc.
