KGT Remodeling’s award for Space Renovation with a budget between $250,001 to $400,000 acknowledges the company’s Longshore Lake Residence project.
Responding to their client’s desire for a larger, brighter and more functional space for food preparation, KGT Remodeling’s kitchen transformation created a setting customized for ease and connection, increased natural light, and expanded the room with a design that flows seamlessly into its surrounding environment. Cambria Brittannicca Quartz countertops and backsplash incorporate an easy-care natural material and add a distinctive marble canvas with subtle shimmering accents for a gorgeous, timeless look. An adjacent family room was repurposed as a game room with a pool table and built-in wine cabinet for memorable entertaining.
