Both became advocates for the older adults they interacted with through their daily work and felt it was time to step out of their current roles and into one where they felt they could have an even greater impact.

Ken Schlacter, Oasis Senior Advisor in the Sarasota and Bradenton area of Florida, has a professional background in providing products and services for healthcare facility development; most recently working with senior living communities. This experience offers first-hand knowledge of the stress that adverse health events and issues can place on families, including the importance of finding the right placement for loved ones.

Savannah and Hilton Head owner, Chris Rollwitz is a former member of the U.S. Air Force who met his wife in Georgia, where his two children were also born. The family fosters dog and cat rescues in their Savannah home. Rollwitz has worked in technology for the past two decades for companies like Hewlett-Packard and Gulfstream Aerospace. He is also an adjunct professor teaching business leadership and ethics, and serves in local faith groups teaching and counseling based on his degrees in Biblical Studies and Counseling.

Nastassia Janes, owner of Oasis Senior Advisor Denver Metro, has been a Registered Nurse since 2015, and spent time in the observation, cardiac, and intensive care units. Her passion is assisting patients in navigating complex medical issues in and out of the hospital environment. This desire has led her to become an Oasis Senior Advisor, using her expertise to assist seniors transitioning from the hospital or home into senior living.
“As a Case Manager, it is my job to assist seniors and families with safe placements after a hospital visit. This includes assessing a seniors current living situation, support systems, financial resources, and current level of functioning with activities of daily living. With this extensive knowledge, I am eager to bring this level of thoroughness and care to assisting seniors in the Denver Metro area,” said Janes.
