A native Ohioan, Sanchez began working in a hospice unit during college and fell in love with hearing the stories seniors would share about their lives. That influenced her to make a difference, and for 10 years as an educator for the deaf, she helped students and families alike gain an understanding of deaf culture and sign language.
Sanchez moved on to a career in human resources, where she spent 12 years managing a team and helping others grow and prosper. Through it all, she kept her focus on providing the personal touch.
