Express Homes Southeast Florida is pleased to announce that construction of the single-family homes in Summerville is now underway. Some of the single-family homes under construction are already 
under contract. In addition, construction on the Sanborn plan and Vega plan homes is nearly complete and will soon be move-in ready. The Sanborn offers 2,492 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, and three baths. The Vega is even more spacious at 2,610 square feet, with four bedrooms, and three baths.
Many of the townhomes are also available for quick move-in and start at $216,990. The public is invited to tour the professionally decorated Fenway and Wrigley models. The Fenway is a four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome with approximately 1,701 square feet of living space, and the Wrigley is a four-bedroom townhome with three baths. The townhomes offer a one-car garage.
