Luke Goucher

Luke joined CONRIC with 20+ years in the commercial banking industry, 20+ years of commercial/residential real estate investment and 5+ years as an entrepreneur.  He is a seasoned business owner with the day to day responsibility for planning, implementing and managing all financial activities of the company and its affiliates.  He is also overseeing human resource functions, policies, programs and practices.

As a business owner, Luke has a diverse investment portfolio including commercial/residential real estate, a regional aircraft detailing business, Real Clean, and hospitality business, Illinois Crafted. He believes every business has a responsibility as a steward to support their local community.  Through his businesses he has partnered with many local non-profit organizations in order to help improve quality of life for the communities.

Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his daughter, family and friends, watching the Chicago Bears, boating, fishing, and trying new breweries and meaderies.
