Connie Ramos-Williams, CEO and President of CONRIC PR & Marketing | Publishing is pleased to announce that Angeli Chin, Marketing Director, has been selected to Chair the Community Relations Development Board for The Salvation Army of Lee, Hendry, and Glades counties. In her new role, she will oversee the Community Relations Development Board, which works to promote and educate the community about the organization’s regular and emergency programs, as well as help to plan events.
“I am humbled and honored by this post. I look forward to working with the other committee members and have The Salvation Army shine in our community,” states Chin.
Angeli Chin’s extensive background in Public Relations and Marketing will help her to lead the Board in promoting The Salvation Army and their mission throughout the community. Chin also has experience serving on and leading other committees for charitable organizations. Using her expertise as a PR, Marketing, and Media Professional she has helped groups such as La Leche League (international presenter, mentor and Leader), Gay Men’s Health Crisis, March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society grow and shine within the community. Angeli Chin is the founder of the Zumbathon fundraising event for Relay for Life Fort Myers and actively works with PACE Center for Girls on the Love That Dress Committee. In addition to her work with The Salvation Army, Chin is also a founding board member of the Southwest Florida chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, and a speaker and mentor for Dress for Success Southwest Florida.
