Continental 609 Fund, LLC has purchased two parcels of commercial land totaling 15.18 acres to build a 300-unit Class A apartment development located at 13290 Palomino Lane and 13301 Appaloosa Lane in Fort Myers, Fla. for $8,000,000 from Triple J Estates, LLC and NSP Trust.
