The University of Moms, headed by local life coach April O’Leary, teams up with sponsors White House | Black Market, SWFL Parent & Child, and è Bella Magazine to present the Happy Mom Conference. This fun-filled, kid-free weekend is packed with education, relaxation, and inspiration that is sure to restore and rejuvenate Southwest Florida moms.
The conference takes place the weekend of September 14-15 at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point with 10 % of proceeds benefitting Dress for Success SW Florida. Registration is available for a one day or weekend pass, and virtual tickets are available for those who can’t attend live. The first 200 moms to register will receive a goodie bag filled with valuable coupons and gifts from local retailers and restaurants.
Moms who attend will enjoy seminars by a variety of local experts including April O’Leary, Dr. Caroline Cederquist, Dr. Kent Hasen, Dr. Michael Woulas, Rebecca Zung-Clough, Esq. and many more on a variety of topics like marriage, health, finances, parenting, careers, and home decorating. Stacey Antine, Dana Lynch, and Lean Jantzen will be addressing technology, healthy eating for kids, and building a business from home. In addition to the informational seminars, attendees will also enjoy yoga, zumba, and discounts at the Stillwater Spa.
All one-day and full-conference attendees will also be offered a mom’s night out at Coconut Point Mall, giving moms a VIP shopping experience with exclusive deals from participating stores. The weekend ends with a fun poolside event for the whole family on Sunday, featuring activities for the kids provided by Coach B’s Aquatics.
