Keith Grossman Becomes FL Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator

Attorney and Mediator Keith Grossman, founder and managing partner of Grossman Law & Conflict Management, has earned the distinction of Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. This certification will allow Grossman to offer arbitration services to the Southwest Florida area.

Keith Grossman has over 20 years of law experience both in and out of the courtroom, focusing on employment law, family law, and conflict management. He enjoys practicing and specializes in collaborative law and mediation. He started his firm, Grossman Law & Conflict Management, under the philosophy that clients should be aware of and consider non-adversarial approaches to resolving divorce and other family conflicts.

“I am honored to become a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator. I can now better serve clients and the Southwest Florida community by expanding my list of non-adversarial law services,” says Keith Grossman.

As part of his dedication to finding non-adversarial approaches to resolving conflict, Keith Grossman also serves a Florida Supreme Court certified family and civil mediator. He helped to establish and supervise the Family Law Resource Center, which is a program that helps families going through divorce navigate the court system and reduce the conflict that is often associated with the divorce process. Grossman also often presents on the topics of avoiding conflict and effective conflict management in and outside of the workplace for organizations and companies in the Southwest Florida Community.

Attorney Keith Grossman of Grossman Law & Conflict Management has over 20 years of experience in and out of the courtroom and focuses his practice on family law, conflict management, and workplace conflict. Grossman is a Family Mediator and Civil Mediator certified by the Florida Supreme Court, a Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, a former Family Law Case Manager for Court Administration, and Past President of the Lee County Bar Association. He also helped to establish and supervise the Lee County Family Case Management Program, a program designed to help families navigate the court system and reduce the conflict typically associated with the divorce process.
