Alair Homes opened its first Southwest Florida office in 2016, covering Fort Myers and Sanibel. Within six years the luxury home builder has grown from a one-man, one-office operation to a growing team with four locations across the region. The company now employs a team of 21 people and works with hundreds of leading industry partners and subcontractors.
Things are not slowing down anytime soon as the builder proudly announces several new hires to keep up with demand and better serve clients. Alair most recently welcomed three talented Project Managers to the team: Anthony Esposito, in Tampa, Noel Parmar in Fort Myers/Sanibel, and David Greenblatt in Old Naples.

Glen Harris III, EI, CGC, Regional Partner, Alair Homes SWFL joined Alair as a partner in July of 2016, and has grown his Southwest Florida region to include four independently owned and operated partner offices: Alair Bonita Springs, Alair Old Naples, Alair Sanibel and Alair South Tampa.

Barry VanWye was the first Project Manager hired for Alair Homes Sanibel, and in 2018 he went on to open Alair Homes Bonita. Simon and Tiffany Amesbury joined in July of 2017, opening Alair Homes South Tampa, and Steven and Emma Cowan joined in 2020, with Alair Homes Old Naples. Harris and colleague, Jason Crews, focus on team support and business development across the SWFL region while Glen runs the Fort Myers/Sanibel office with partner, Kevin Scott. The company was also named as a 2022 Gator 100 business award winner, recognizing them as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the world owned by University of Florida Alumni. In 2022, Alair Homes Sanibel also accepted the Best Custom Build and Top Performer Awards announced during the Alair Homes Annual Conference gala on May 6, at the Fairmont Empress in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.
The team won the Best Build Award for the pure artistry and craftsmanship that went into building Fort Myers Beach’s largest home, a record-breaking accomplishment for the builder. The gorgeous 16,539 square foot waterfront home boasts many luxury features, including a 300-bottle wine room, custom marble details, custom engineered flooring and cabinetry, opal accents, and tray, vaulted, tongue-and-groove ceilings.
The Alair Homes Old Naples team recently completed a remastering of an existing home, providing a custom architecturally designed exterior facelift and full interior remodel to reinvent the living space, giving the clients their home reimagined.
