Growth is a reward for doing business the right way. The opening of new franchises in Pennsylvania, Texas and Michigan is the latest testament to the strength of the compassionate, personalized service that Oasis Senior Advisors provide to seniors and their families.
The Bonita Springs, Florida-based franchisor, recently named to the GrowFL 2018 Florida Companies to Watch list, now operates 75 franchises in 26 states.
“We’re a people-first business,” CEO Tim Evankovich said. “I’m excited about the passion each one of these new franchisees brings to our goal of helping seniors live better lives.”
Scott Burgess operates the new Oasis Senior Advisors franchise for lower Bucks County in Pennsylvania. A native of the area who’s lived there most of his life, he empathizes with the families of seniors who try to navigate the maze of senior housing options.
“When my father-in-law had to go from a hospital bed to a long-term care community, my wife had less than three days to research and select a place for him,” Burgess said. “A few years later, we had the same need for my father.”
Burgess found solutions for his family, and now he’s excited about the opportunity to put his experience together with the proprietary OasisIQ™ software to help make senior housing simple for everyone. The same is true for Crystal Drumgoole, the owner of Oasis Senior Advisors in Fort Worth, Texas.
Drumgoole previously worked in professional development, helping people achieve career goals. Now she guides seniors and families every step of the way as they sort through their options.
“I am very passionate about making this process as simple and stress-free as possible,” Drumgoole said.
It was a search for a way to incorporate community service into his work that led Brian Hauenstein to become the owner of the new Oasis Senior Advisors franchise for greater Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was born and raised in the area and served on the boards of several community organizations, and now he wants to continue helping others by alleviating the burden of decision making that families often shoulder.
“Finding a place for a loved one can be a trying process, but we’re dedicated to helping you feel more comfortable and answering all your questions,” Hauenstein said. “We’re here for you.”
