Pavese Law is pleased to announce that attorney Michael Lehnert has been named a 2021 Top Lawyer by Naples Illustrated Magazine.
Lehnert joined the firm in 2021 and he concentrates his practice in the area of real estate law, including assisting property owners, lenders, and developers with commercial and residential development, acquisition, financing, title, and leasing.
Michael’s experiences include representation of a multi-state developer in the development, financing, leasing and sale of over 100 stores and representation of a lending institution in transactions totaling over $30 million in financing. He is also certified to close United States Small Business Administration (“SBA”) 504 Loans.
Michael has been named a “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyers® in 2020-2021 for his work in the field of real estate law.
