The Rotary Club of Fort Myers is pleased to announce its new executive committee and board of directors to lead the club’s activities and service projects for the 2016-2017 fiscal year that began on Friday, July 1.
Now in its 94th year, the club has installed a diverse roster of professionals to its executive committee, including: President Victoria Stephan, Stephan Consulting, LLC; President-Elect Fred Anderson, FBI-retired; Vice President/Immediate Past President Steve Russell, State Attorney for the 20th Judicial Circuit; Secretary Beth Lobdell, COO, Child Care of Southwest Florida, Inc.; and Treasurer Michael Spreckelmeier, president of Progressive Builders, Inc.
This year’s board of directors includes: Bill de Deugd, CEO, TriCircle Pavers; Jake Herring, project engineer, HONC Industries; Keith Upson, attorney, Upson Law Group; Rick Evanchyk, president and CEO, Goodwill Industries; Ian Keith, vice president, Keith Insurance; and Mark Vincent, CEO of MM Properties of SWFL, LLC.
The Rotary Club of Fort Myers meets weekly, every Tuesday, from noon – 1:00 p.m. at The Marina at Edison Ford, 2360 West First Street, Fort Myers, FL 33901.
The club hosts many fundraising events throughout the year, including: the Screaming Orphans concert in February, the Rotary Cup Golf Tournament in May, Italian Fest in October, and Dictionary Day in October. The Club operates under the standard Rotary Club Constitution and Bylaws developed by Rotary International. The Rotary Club of Fort Myers, Inc. is a 501(c)(4) organization.
