Tradewind Estate Homes is proud to announce its most recent milestone, selling 13 homes in just 13 weeks, a record-breaker for the company. Tradewind has been building and remodeling homes for 30 years in Southwest Florida. Most of the recent sales have been waterfront homes in the Cape Coral area. The company attributes this success in part to the opening of its new sales center and model home on Chiquita Boulevard last November. Further expansion of the company and sales center is scheduled for late summer, with plans to open a 2,800-square-foot, full-service design center. In the meantime, sales are expected to continue at a healthy pace.
“We’re extremely pleased,” said Tradewind Estate Homes President Paul Beattie. “Opening the model center was a little risky given the still tenuous economic climate, but it really put us on the map in Cape Coral,” he added.
Beattie believes Tradewind’s strategy of offering a turnkey package with a fixed price has helped his team close sales. “Our model shows buyers exactly what features they will get in their new home, and provides them with an exact price, something that gives buyers peace of mind,” he said. The sales center features the Signature Collection’s Tradewind I model, a home with 2,527 square feet of living space that features a classical design and an open floor plan. Tradewind also offers the Weatherly Collection; three moderately sized homes with 1,929 to 2,254 square feet of living space and priced in the low $200,000’s. Beattie said the Weatherly Collection’s Santa Ana model, at 1,929 square feet of living space, and the Signature Collection’s Baymont, at 2,186 square feet, have been the biggest sellers this year.
