CONRIC pr + marketing is in business to help businesses, nonprofits and individuals succeed. With that in mind, our CONRIC team created the #SWFLStrong campaign, SWFL Strong Facebook Group and SWFL Strong Podcast in an effort to connect our Southwest Florida community during a time of social distancing and remote work environments brought on by the global pandemic in early 2020.
It’s been a challenging year for small businesses and for everyone’s mental health. SWFL Strong was created to be a support system to help us all get through challenging times and good times together. WINK News: Founder of SWFL Strong Facebook page shares her inspiration
The coronavirus pandemic has been hard on everyone and their connections. And many people have complained about how disconnected they’ve been feeling. But a woman in Lee County decided to find a way to bring people together via social media.
Connie Ramos-Williams created the SWFL Strong Facebook page so that families can come together and share their stories during a time of social distancing. “We unite the community in honor and celebration,” Ramos said.
