John Albion, Director of Cushman and Wakefield | Commercial Property Southwest Florida, LLC represented Evenhuis Properties LLC in the $1,697,440 sale of their building located at 1351 Pine St. Naples, Fla. The sale was made to the building’s long time tenant, Educational Pathways Academy.
Educational Pathways Academy is a private school that follows Christian principles for students grades 1-11. A 12th Grade is expected to receive students in the 2023/2024 school year. This school helps children with language-based learning disabilities including dyslexia and Dyscalculia. Educational Pathways Academy was founded in 2017 by educator Molly Arthur. After moving from a prior location, she repurposed the one-time medical office to the school it is today. Educational Pathways Academy is rapidly expanding. Starting with the upcoming 2022/2023 school year, the school will open its new North campus located in Estero.
After the sales closing Mr. Albion said, “This transaction was not just another sale.
