Randy-StingrayAttendees will be delighted that many of their local leaders will be transformed into whimsical collaborative art pieces inspired by the waterways theme. Business owners, community organization leaders and government officials have had their heads expertly drawn by professional artist Rebecca Kundysek. Local children then took the helm and let their imaginations run wild. Mayor Randy Henderson has been rendered a stingray, for instance. Norman Love is now a dolphin. Alliance for the Arts Executive Director Lydia Black is loving life as a sea turtle. Lydia Black as a Sea TurtleGuests will be able to vote on their favorite pieces throughout the evening for a donation, and will be entered to win fabulous prizes. The money from each vote will go toward the Camp i-Sci Summer Science Camp Scholarship Fund. Each art piece will go home with the treasured leader.

It’s all in the name of fun – and funding the Imaginarium. Don’t miss the opportunity to support Southwest Florida’s only science center and aquarium, which offers engaging STEM exhibits for Southwest Florida children and families.
